Refund Policy

As a non-profit organization, this policy is in place to provide a fair and consistent approach to refund requests across our organization, while covering the costs of the association. 

All requests are to be sent to info@wmbacougars.com

  • All refunds are subject to a $25 administration fee

  • 100% refunded if notified in writing by March 1, 2027, less administration fee

  • 50% refunded if notified in writing by April 1, 2027, less administration fee

  • 25% refunded if notified in writing between April 2, 2027 and evaluation day, less administration fee

  • NO REFUNDS if notified after evaluation day

  • Any refunds due to an injury making the player ineligible to play will be handled on a case by case basis

  • Select Fees are non-refundable

  • No refunds or partial refunds will be granted based on player availability for team activities

  • No refunds or partial refunds will be granted for cancellations due to weather conditions or city field closures
